Sexually active? 

We test males as well as females at no cost. Appointments are required - Call 770-535-1245, Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

You can be tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea by urine. We send the tests each week to a laboratory in Texas and receive the results by email within 48 hours. If you test positive, we will contact you to come back for the antiobiotic prescription.

You can be tested for Herpes and HIV by finger prick and receive your results in 10 minutes. Since these 2 STDs require ongoing treatment, we will encourage you to immediately make an appointment with the Health Department or with your private physician.

• Chlamydia is the most common bacterial STD and the leading cause of sterility in females.
• Gonorrhea has high infection rates in teens.
• Herpes and HIV are incurable and require ongoing treatment.
